{Outfit}: Casual and Elegant Holiday Mix

Hi guys!! I've always admired how other bloggers mix and match so effortlessly their elegant pieces in sparkly or glossy fabrics. So today I decided to try it for myself by combining this glam blue maxi dress with a cozy striped sweater on top. I'm loving this unexpected combo of elegant with casual!
I was also very happy to wear these new necklaces that I received as a gift from Onecklace. One is a personalized necklace with my name Marie, which reminds oh so much of the famous "Carrie" necklace from Sex and the City. And the other is a beautiful heart design necklace with me and my boyfriend Gabe's name on it. I am incredibly pleased with the quality of my two new necklaces and how they add a touch of personalized glam to my holiday outfits ;)

Así que hoy decidí intentarlo yo misma combinando este vestido satinado en azul con un abrigo casual de rayas. Me fascina esta combinación inesperada de elegante con casual!
Otro detalle que me gustó mucho de mi look de hoy son mis collares nuevos que recibí como regalo de Onecklace. Uno de ellos es un collar personalizado con mi nombre Marie, lo cual me recuerda muchísimo al famoso collar de "Carrie" de Sex and the City. El otro es un diseño lindo de corazones que presenta mi nombre y la de Gabe (mi novio). Estoy muy contenta con la calidad de mis dos collares nuevos y me fascina como le agregan un toque de glamour personalizado a mis looks navideños ;)
