{Travel}: The Inca ruins of Ollantaytambo, Perú
Sunday May 26, 2013
After visiting the pretty ruins of Chinchero, we had lunch at a lovely restaurant in the Sacred Valley. The food was super tasty, but the best part was definitely all the adorable animals they had!
After that, we took a tour to see the impressive Inca ruins in Ollantaytambo. It was so interesting to see how the Incas built their town right in the midst of several beautiful mountains.
We climbed all the way to the top of the main Inca ruin and the view was just amazing. Talk about a perfect scenery right?!
It was amazing to see so many historic areas all in one day! Stay tuned, next up will be photos of the day we went to Machu Picchu!

ReplyDeleteThank you Mili!!! I know right, the lama is adoooorable!!!
ReplyDeleteHahahaha thanks Abi! Its funny you say that, lots of people asked me that day how I could be wearing heels. To be honest, these shoes are actually really really comfortable. I used to wear them all the time in collage and never got any foot pain. The heel is really thick, so they are very easy to walk in :)
ReplyDeleteThank you so much! The Alpaca was indeed adoooooorable!! I just wanted to hug him, but I didn't dare :)
ReplyDeleteThank you so much!! Hahahaha you aren't the only person who asked me about walking in these heeled shoes. I can honestly say that these shoes are very very comfy! I know they don't look like it, but the thick heel makes them very easy to walk in :)
