{Outfit}: Tembleques from Panama's folkloric dress
Monday April 29, 2013
I just recently realized that I have a dress in pretty much every color except yellow!... well, until now that is. I just recently bought this dress from Forever21.com and I love the way it moves with the wind.
{Dress: Forever21.com (Find it here!) ; Shoes: El Titan (Panama) ; Clutch: Asos.com ; Hair Accessory: Borrowed from my mom ; Snake bracelet: Pasarela (Panama)}
Another special part of today's outfit is the hair accessory I'm wearing. It is called a tembleque and it is part of Panama's folkloric dress. Isn't it puuuuurdy?
Today I celebrated two birthdays, one for my close friend Carlos and the other for my boyfriend's father! A big happy birthday to both of you!
To finish off the day, my boyfriend and I drove around the city like we usually do and enjoyed a delicious ice cream treat :)

Wow, what a lovely dress! Yellow is one more colour that looks fabulous on you! :) The tembleque is gorgeous! Can you just buy those in the shops over there? I'd love one, haha!

ReplyDeleteThank you Sara!!! Glad to hear you liked it all!
ReplyDeleteThank you very much!
ReplyDeleteThank you Jody!!! Yes, you can buy tembleques in many places around Panama, especially in touristic areas. However, people usually don't wear them here on a regular day. They are only used for folkloric dances and such, but I thought they are so pretty why not wear them on a normal day right?!
ReplyDeleteThank you so much! Hope you have a wonderful day!
ReplyDeleteThe dress looks amazing on you, and what a beautiful color! :D Love the shoes, you look fantastic.
ReplyDeleteThank you so so much! I'm so glad you liked it!
