{Outfit}: Easy outfit using polka dot jeans
Saturday April 20, 2013 (day)
Today I wore this casual comfy outfit to celebrate my father's 64th birthday! We surprised him by singing and dancing the song "When I'm 64" by the Beatles. We also ate some delicious coconut cake and gave him the collage my sister and I made yesterday . He absolutely loved it!
Happy Birthday Dad!! You are the best father in the whole wide world ;)
Btw, I'm really loving the patterned pants trend! These new polka dot jeans were so easy to wear just pairing them with a colorful top and with black flats. Easy, peasy, love it :)
{Top: El Costo (Panama) ; Jeans: Stevens (Panama) ; Flats: Payless Shoe Source ; Necklace: Present from my brother Mike ; Ring set: Present from my friend Diana}
Get the look!:

ReplyDeleteThank you Jody!!! We usually celebrate family birthday's at night, but we had a wedding to go to that night (I'll be posting about that soon!), so we only could do the lunch celebration. He was really happy though!

ReplyDeleteThank you Priya!!!! Hope you have a great day!
ReplyDeleteGreat jeans ! i have a couple of printed trousers but not jeans. Polka dots are my fave.
ReplyDeleteHappy Birthday to your dad and being in the groovy 60's. I think that's the correct term. LOL. So nice of you and your sis to make him a collage and sing him a song. Love the polka dot pants on you. And as usual impeccable styling on your end. When my dad turned 50 my mom, sis and I made him a scrapbook and my mom a poem, it was a big surprise for him.

ReplyDeleteThanks Lorena!! I have some printed trousers as well (haven't worn them yet, but hopefully I'll wear them soon!). Glad to hear you are a polka dot lover like myself :)
ReplyDeleteThank you so so much!! Hahaha yeah, it was definitely very groovy singing the Beatles to my dad. That scrapbook you made for your dad sounds SO sweet, I bet he loved it.
ReplyDeleteThank you Heidi!!! Yeah, I kind of just threw this outfit together at the last minute. I totally agree with you, polka dot jeans go with just about anything so they are a great option for when you don't have time to think of an outfit.
ReplyDeleteThank you Ashley!! I just recently bought a large amount of new colored and patterned jeans as well as shorts, so I will definitely be wearing pants more often! Or at least I hope I do :)
ReplyDeleteThank you!! I've always liked that color combo as well!
ReplyDeleteThank you so much for visiting my blog and taking the time to comment. I really appreciate it!
