So here you have it everyone, this is the REAL costume I wore for Halloween: A Rag Doll! I know I am posting these photos super late, but I hope you all enjoy this DIY Costume idea all the same (there is always next year right?!).
Clothing:
I would recommend searching through your closet for a colorful printed dress with either plaid, polka dots, checkers, stripes, or something similar. I went with this plaid dress from Shabby Apple (which also doubled as a Dorothy, from the Wizard of Oz, costume!).
Hair:
The most important part of this costume is the wig. You can either buy a wig like I did (special thanks to my mom for altering it until it fit just right), or you can make your own (check out this tutorial!).
Accessories:
Try adding some cute socks like these white ones with red bows. You could also try printed socks (like she did!). Another cute finishing touch is to add freckles to your face using a pencil eyeliner.
All done!! Such an easy costume and it looks so darling don't you think?
Mini-Gorilon liked this costume so much that he decided to wear it as well. Doesn't he make a cute Rag Doll? hahaha
I hope you all enjoyed the Halloween specials I posted this year ;)
