I always feel soooo good in this maxi dress. First, it's incredibly comfortable. And second, I can twirl around and around in it :)

You wouldn't guess what happened today? It seems that my sister and I wore the same dress but in a different color! Hahahaha, when I saw her this morning, I just couldn't believe the coincidence!

Many of you have asked me what a Chinese breakfast is, so I thought I would write a quick explanation today.

In a Chinese breakfast, you do not read a menu and then order what you want... Instead, waiters with trays come to your table and offer different types of food.

The food is placed in the center of the table which rotates so that everyone can have access to the food.

We ordered a large variety of yummy food. Most of the food offered at a Chinese breakfast is bite size so you can eat the entire thing in one bite. The food they serve is usually made with a rice pasta that is steam cooked and that is filled with different ingredients like pork or shrimp (no waffles, eggs, bacon, or anything like that).

After that, all you do is sit back and enjoy the delicious food. If you are still hungry, you call over one of the waiters with trays and order some more food.

One of my all time favorite things they serve is called a Han Pao. It's basically like a really fluffy bread thing that is filled with sweet pork. Super Yummy!

I had the most wonderful time eating breakfast on a Sunday morning with my family. I always feel happy to spend time with them.

Have any of you tasted or heard of a Chinese breakfast?

  1. Mmm, I've had this before. Those bread rolls are seriously the best, aren't they?! I went with my best friend and she very bravely (or dumbly lol) asked the waiter for the fried chicken feet. UGH!! Haha!

This dress really does look comfy, and I really like your sister's green version too!

  5. Dim Sum!!! yummy .... of course, hubby is chinese, so we love to go out for dim sum when we are home visiting his folks in Phila, since there is a good chinatown there (not here, unfortunately) we haven't been able to do it much because goose has food allergies. And Sui Pao!!! ( or the version we eat here - with cha siu in it - chinese bbq pork) The boys eat that most Saturdays for breakfast! mmmmm ....

How fun that your sis and you dressed the same. He he. fun!
