Comments:
Today I took the first step towards being healthier: I went to a nutritionist! I really wanted to set a diet that would be balanced and healthy. The truth is that I didn't eat healthy food while I was in college, so I gained about 20 pounds in 2 years! So, now that I have graduated, I thought it was time to put my life back in order and to become more healthy.

After seeing the nutritionist, I had a personalized diet that would help me loose the extra weight while still having a balanced diet (no starvation diets for me!). The nutritionist also recommends doing exercise for 1 hour 5 days a week, which I will try my best to do. I feel very motivated and committed to change my eating and exercise habits, so hopefully everything will turn out ok. Wish me luck guys!

Have any of you ever visited a nutritionist? Are any of you on diets like me?

Here are all the ways in which I've worn this dress:

  4. Goodness, I don't think you need to lose any weight at all! You look to be perfectly healthy and at a healthy weight!

I agree with eating better and exercising for wellness and health in general. I'm not on a "diet", per se, but I do try to watch what I eat and not splurge too much! :)

  5. What a great gift to yourself, to analyze your diet and try to be as healthy as possible. :) There are seasons in a woman's life where some things just can't be a priority because life is to stressful, but how lovely to come out on the other side and realize you can invest in yourself again. I think exercise is the key, but of course I'm the nut who runs 18 miles for fun ... Good luck!!

  6. Good luck on loosing 20 pounds! Although I think you look great and don't need to loose the weight! ;)
I lost 80 pounds last year and this March will be my one year anniversary since keeping it off! It is definitely a challenge loosing weight. It takes a lot of determination and will power.
I didn't go to a nutritionist or anything. I just eat healthier, and exercised.
If you need any tips let me know! I know a lot of them. :)

    Good luck! :)
