{DIY}: Ribbon Flip Flops Makeover
Hi guys! For all of you who are enjoying Summer right now (or live on basically an eternal Summer like us in Panama), here's a quick and fun DIY project! We all have a pair of basic flip flops lying around in our closets. Well, today I'm going to show you how to give them a mini-makeover using ribbon and glue.... it's that simple!

Para todos los que están disfrutando ahorita del Verano (o si viven en un lugar como Panamá donde básicamente es cálido todo el año), aquí les muestro un proyecto DIY rápido y divertido! Todos tenemos un par de sandalias básicas acumulando polvo en nuestros closets. Pues, hoy les voy a mostrar como pueden darles un mini-makeover usando cinta y goma.... es así de sencillo!
Basically all you need to do is wrap the flip flops with the ribbon of your choice and secure with glue. Then use ribbon to create a small bow and again use your glue gun to adhere to your flip flops... and voilá!
Básicamente todo lo que necesitas hacer es envolver tus sandalias con cinta y asegurarlo todo con una pistola de goma caliente. Luego usa la misma cinta para crear un lacito y pégalo con goma a tus sandalias... y voilá!
I went with a classic red ribbon, but I could easily imagine this with patterned ribbons, or even rainbow colored ones... the options are endless!! Hopefully you enjoyed this quick DIY project, have a great Summer!
Yo decidí utilizar una cinta roja sencilla, pero me puedo imaginar sandalias con cintas estampadas, o hasta cinta de arcoiris... las opciones son infinitas!! Espero que hallan disfrutado de este proyecto DIY sencillo, y les deseo un excelente Verano!
