{Sneak Peek}: My 1st City Apartment in Panama
Hello everyone!! If you follow me on Instagram (@mariemcgrathpty), you probably already know that I recently received the keys to the first apartment I have ever purchased!! Can I get a hip, hip, hooray?!?! It is a 2 bedroom junior penthouse apartment in a building located in San Francisco (referring to of course an area in Panama City by that name, not in California, lols!). Plus, it is just a couple of blocks away from my office (goodbye Panama traffic!).
-- En Español -- Hola chicos!! Si me siguen en Instagram (@mariemcgrathpty), seguro ya saben que hace poco recibí las llaves del primer apartamento que he comprado en mi vida!! Weeeee!!! Es un apartamento de 2 habitaciones, junior penthouse, dentro de un edificio localizado en San Francisco (refiriéndome por supuesto a un área en la Ciudad de Panamá con ese nombre, no en California... jaja). Además, el apartamento queda a tan solo un par de cuadras de distancia de mi oficina (adiós tráfico horroroso de Panamá!).
I am super duper excited to be decorating my apartment and making it the chic and colorful world that I yearn to live in. You can definitely expect all sorts of colors, flowers, and fun details to be a part of my home decor. I can't wait to share with all of you every step of the way as well as DIY projects and decorating tips. For starters, here are a couple of sneak peeks of my new apartment before furnishing it:
Estoy super emocionada por decorar y amueblar mi apartamento para crear ese mundo chic y elegante en el que siempre he soñado vivir. Por supuesto que pueden esperar de mi apartamento todo tipo de colores vivos, flores, y detalles divertidos. Estoy ansiosa por compartir con ustedes cada paso de este camino como también tutoriales y tips de decoración. Para empezar, aquí les muestro un adelanto de cómo se ve mi apartamento antes de amueblarla:
I was SOOOO excited the day I finally received the keys, that I decided to celebrate by sipping champagne while watching the sunset from my new balcony. The view from my apartment is absolutely magical, overseeing both the ocean and the city. I could not feel more blessed and happy for this amazing opportunity!! Hoooorrraaayyy!!! Thank you for letting me share this important step in my life with all of you :)
Yo estaba tan pero tan emocionada el día que por fin me dieron las llaves que decidí celebrarlo tomando champaña y viendo el atardecer desde mi nuevo balcón. La vista desde mi apartamento es realmente mágico porque se puede ver tanto el mar como la ciudad. No puedo creer lo afortunada y bendecida que soy por tener esta oportunidad tan increíble! Weeee!! Gracias por permitirme compartir con ustedes este paso tan importante en mi vida ;)
