Hi guys! A couple of weeks ago, me and Gabe decided to take a mini staycation by driving up to Boquete in Chiriquí for a couple of days. Here are some photos of our first day in Boquete where we got a sneak peek of the amazing flower display for the upcoming Flower and Coffee fair that takes place in this town every year. The rich saturated colors of the sea of different types of flowers were absolutely breathtaking; especially with the mountains and river backdrop.

-- En Español -- Hola chicos! Hace un par de semanas, Gabe y yo decidímos tomarnos unas mini vacaciones y conducimos a Boquete en Chiriquí para descansar un par de días. Aquí les comparto algunas fotos de nuestro primer día en Boquete donde pudimos ver un adelanto de las flores hermosas sembradas para la Feria de las Flores y del Café que toma lugar en este pueblo todos los años. Los colores saturados de los diferentes tipos de flores estaban absolutamente hermosos; especialmente junto al paisaje de montañas y ríos.

Boquete is simply the perfect place to get away from the city and unwind. The weather is cooler, the breeze is lovely, the town is simple and quaint, and the views are spectacular. I would definitely recommend it for anyone who is visiting Panama.

Boquete sencillamente es el lugar perfecto para escaparse de la ciudad y descansar. El clima es más fresco, la brisa es deliciosa, el pueblo es sencillo y pintoresco, y las vistas son espectaculares. Sin duda se lo recomendaría muchísimo a todos los que vengan a visitar a Panamá.
