Rainy Days and Fondue Dinner
Saturday November 24, 2012
This past weekend, we decided to take some time off and relax at a nearby beach called Bijao. Its always such a delight to disconnect from work and all the noise from the city, and just kick back and relax.
Today was a very rainy, windy, and somewhat chilly day; so I spent most of the day relaxing at the house drinking hot coco and reading fashion magazines.... aahh, the good life ;)
At night, we decided to try something different by cooking our own food using a Fondue set! Basically each person has a plate of raw meat, chicken, etc. that they cook in a pot of hot oil on the center of the table. It was soooo much fun because we kept stealing each others food and fighting over the cooked pieces... haha.
I definitely felt very relaxed and rested by the end of the day, it was exactly what I needed!

Here are all the ways in which I've worn this dress:

Dork and I LOVE fondue! I put a fondue pot on my Christmas list, so now we can too fight over food. ;)
ReplyDeleteHahahahahahahaha fighting over the food is inevitable!! Each stick has a color so that you don't get confused on who's is who's. However, everyone kept tricking each other and I ended up with completely different colored sticks at the end! hahaha. Hope Santa gets you the fondue pot so you can have fun fighting too! haha.
ReplyDeleteThank you so much Mica!! It was a lovely weekend at the beach, hope you had a nice weekend as well ;)

ReplyDeleteMint color on 8/10 fingers: Sally Hansen #440 "Mint Sprint"
Blue color on 2/10 fingers: Sally Hansen #430 "Brisk Blue"
Both nail polishes should be easily available at drugstores or supermarkets like Walmart and Target. You can also find them on Amazon.com if you want to order them online.
