The McGrath's Pre-Halloween Bash!
Saturday October 20, 2012
If you follow me on Instagram (@mariemcgrathpty), I'm sure you saw that my family and I celebrated a Pre-Halloween bash today! Since many of us will be in Orlando for Halloween, we decided to celebrate it all together as a family a little early.
For this special occasion, I decided to wear this white wig my mom bought a couple of days ago. I wasn't dressed up as anything in particular, but I am still sooooo in love with this costume! I love how the white hair looked with the crazy black hat!

{Dress: c/o Sugarlips.com (old) (Similar here!) ; Tights: Asos.com (Still available here!) ; Heels: La Onda (Panama) (Similar here!) ; Wig: La Oca Loca (Panama) (Similar here!) ; Hat: ? (Similar here!)}
I even wore my Halloween bloody nails tonight! I will be posting a tutorial on how to make these spooky nails in the next couple of days, so stay tuned!
The Halloween decorations turned out faaaaaabulous if I may say so myself (I decorated the room).
Every corner of the room was covered with some sort of spooky surprise. From spiders and snakes to pumpkins and ghosts, everything was just so Halloween-ish (invented word!).

I also followed last year's Halloween tradition of laying out all sorts of costumes for guests to pick from. It was fun to go around the table and find new funky costumes to wear.
Everyone joined in on the fun and tried on several different costumes. It was so hilarious!
Even my grandmother and my sister's dog joined in on the costume fun! Isn't Sammy (the dog) just soooo adorable in his ladybug costume?!?!
Wanna guess what was even better than the Halloween decorations? The spooky food my mom prepared!
She went ALL OUT this year with spider dips, monster cakes, and mummy pizzas! There was soooo many different cool Halloween foods, that I've decided to make a separate post about them... but for now, here is a sneak peek:

You should know by now that my family and I are incredibly silly and like to joke around. So you can only imagine the fun we had with all of those funny costumes!
It really was one of the best Halloween celebrations I have ever had. A big thank you to my family for all their contributions and for playing along!! I had a blast ;)
