Where: Went to a fashion show event organized by my university! It was awesome!

Today I went to the coolest fashion event at my university! It had free food, music, and a fashion show. I had such a nice time looking at the clothes and commenting with my boyfriend. Since I was going to this fashion event, I wanted to dress up a little more than usual and this is the outfit I came up with!

I kept true to my Black is Chic challenge by wearing this black shirtdress as a long jacket. I love how the blue pumps pop against the rest of the outfit. I also really like this new black belt with silver embellishments; but my favorite part is definitely my idea of wearing the black collar up! I felt sorda like the characters of matrix... but in a good way :)

Here are all the ways in which I've worn this black shirt-dress:

  4. can we see some more of the dress it's absolutely gorgeous

  5. That`s chic on a chic! I agree the black collar up adds lots to the chic cool look. My favorite part when I scrolled down to your blue shoes was to see what it matched besides your dress. When I saw the same color blue star on your neckless I felt like yelling BINGO! or better yet GOLDBUG! I enjoy these hidden subtle confirmation of the colors in each outfit. jgm
