Ballroom worthy chandeliers
When: Thursday April 1, 2010
What:
Splash dress: Estampa (Panama)
Purple cardi: B-day present from my parents
Black tights: Target
Black boots: Skechers
Aqua Liz Claiborne purse: TJ Max
Where: I spent some "me" time. It was nice to relax and recover some of my strength after so many busy days :)
Comments:
Many years ago, a friend of mine gave me these beautiful chandelier earrings for my birthday. When I first saw them, I thought they were very pretty, but that they were way to big. Nevertheless, I kept them as a special present. Now that some years have gone by and my style has evolved into accepting new things, I have come to love these earrings. Yes, they are very big; but they are bold and beautiful. I'm happy I kept them :)
Have you ever kept an item you didn't like for several years and then learned to love them?
Oh, and Happy April Fools everyone!! Luckily nobody played any pranks on me, how about you guys? or are you the ones that did the pranks?! jejeje.

The purple cardigan is great! I like how you've fastened it. My hubby bought me some Justin boots right after we got married (2001) and only this winter have I come to looooove them and wear them all the time. Your earrings are great, by the way.
ReplyDeleteThis is absolutely gorgeous! I love the teals and purples.
ReplyDeleteThis outfit just screams SPRING. I love it so much. Beautiful colors.
ReplyDeleteI love love LOVE your earrings! I went through a phase where I couldn't get enough of chandelier earrings...I need to restore my collection!
ReplyDeleteLove your earrings! I want them! I am always in love with BIG earrings!
ReplyDeleteGorgeous earrings and outfit!!!!!! I need to bring my chandaliers back out into the sun!!!!
ReplyDeleteGorgeous earrings! You look so pretty! I love the pastels. Very springy! :)
ReplyDeleteI love the colors that you worked into this look!
ReplyDeleteFunny how the little details are what tie the big things together (like the white head flower tied your white blouse or the 2 pink collars tied your whole outfits together recently). Even tho the aqua color of your outfit is matched in many places, the earings tie them together. fund to see all this. jgm
ReplyDeleteYou look so beautiful in this outfit. Your hair looks so soft and pretty, and the lila color goes so well with your snow white skin. You look stunning girlfriend.
ReplyDeleteThank you so much for visiting my blog and taking the time to comment. I really appreciate it!
